Who This Is For · 대상
You're a DTS graduate — or you're already pioneering in your own context — and you can feel the gap between what you've already said yes to and what you don't yet know how to do. You aren't looking for inspiration. You're looking for tools, weight, and trustworthy people to carry the load with.
You also know this won't be free — financially or relationally. We honour that. SPL doesn't pretend pioneering is cheap. We will help you fundraise. We will not minimise the cost.

How It Feels · 결
SPL feels like being trusted with something you're not yet sure you can do — and then doing it anyway, badly at first, with people who will not flinch when you stumble. Mornings are early. Decisions are real. Some days the class runs the day. Some days the day runs you. You'll lead a meeting. You'll lead a service. You'll lead yourself through fundraising and through a hard conversation. You will not perform. You will be formed.

Fundraising · 후원 모금
Raising support is not the price of admission. It is part of the formation. We will sit with you while you write your first letter. We will introduce you to alumni who have done it. We will pray with you before the email goes out. By the end of SPL you will have practised one of the hardest skills any pioneer needs.
